So I have returned to my training with KK after a month off. Life, injuries, work and a plethora of other things has kept me away but I'm back! Here's the run/walk we did this morning. What a gorgeous morning, other than my raspy voice trying to keep up the conversation (I have wicked bad allergies and it's resulted in laryngitis) it was an awesome run. More to come : )
